Red wine from Bilbaínas wineries, under the D. O. La Rioja. Upon reaching the winery, the bunches are carefully de-stemmed so as not to break the grape. The grain is selected and fermented in 500-liter oak barrels opened with cap breakings. Finally, it is aged for 20 months in French oak barrels.

Red wine from the Ànima Negra winery, under the Designation of Origin V. T. Mallorca. The harvest is done manually in small 10kg boxes, and the grapes are selected manually. Fermentation takes place in 7,000 and 10,000 liter stainless steel and cement tanks, at a maximum temperature of 27ºC. After fermentation, it undergoes a long maceration of between 15 and 20 days. The malolactic fermentation is carried out in cement tanks. AN/2 is aged for 13 months in French and American oak barrels.

White wine from the Ànima Negra winery, under the Designation of Origin V. T. Mallorca. Harvested entirely by hand in small boxes of about 10 kg. Manual selection of the grapes upon entering the winery. A skin maceration of about 10 hours is followed by gentle pressing and careful racking. Fermentation takes place at a temperature of 16ºC, half in French oak barrels and the other half in cement tanks. Fermented and aged 50% in barrels and 50% in cement tanks, remaining on its lees for a period of eight months.

White wine from the Ànima Negra winery, under the V.T. Mallorca. It comes from the Premsal Blanc vineyards in the Felanitx area. Vineyards planted in soils of “call vermell” - the name by which the reddish clay-loam soils with abundant ferric oxide and old vineyards are known - which gives this wine a great expression and balance. The productions are low and the selection is extremely rigorous so that it can be subjected to a medium aging while maintaining all the freshness.

Made by Biniagual, it is the result of the special collaboration of the winery's winemakers, José Luis Seguí and Isaías Curiel with Miquel Àngel Cerdá and Pere Obrador, Ànima Negra's mother souls. After manual harvesting in small boxes, the grapes are selected and fermented at a controlled temperature. It is aged in 3,000-liter foudres and in 500-liter French oak barrels for 7 months.

Harvested in small boxes of 10-12 kg, once they arrive at the winery they are selected by hand and left to ferment in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The maceration lasts an average of 20-25 days and the malolactic fermentation takes place partly in cement tanks and partly in barrels. Subsequently, they are aged for 15 months in French oak barrels -80% - and in American oak barrels -20% -, of which 40% are new barrels and the rest are second year.

Red wine from Remírez de Ganuza winery, under the D. O. La Rioja. All the grapes come from old vineyards over 60 years old and are harvested by hand in 12 kg boxes. Once in the cellar, it is cooled before being carefully selected and destemmed. As is usual in Remírez de Ganuza, the shoulders (upper part of the bunch) are separated from the tips; Only the ripest grapes on the shoulders will begin fermentation in small stainless steel tanks and 700-liter French oak vats. Afterwards, it will be aged for 21 months in new French and American oak barrels.
