Coming from their own vineyards over 15 years old, a traditional production has been followed with the most modern techniques of temperature control in fermentation and maceration. Aging in French oak for a minimum of 15 months and racking every 3 months. This Crianza Wine has been in the bottle for 12 months before being marketed.
