Rosé wine from the Ava vi winery, under the D.O. V.T. Mallorca. After being destemmed, it proceeds to a direct, soft and fast press to make a fermentation in stainless steel at low temperature. Once the fermentation is finished, it is followed by a racking to eliminate the thick lees and the wine is kept in contact with its fine lees for 5 months before going on to the aging phase in French oak barrels for 6 months.

Rosé wine from José L. Ferrer winery, under the D. O. Binissalem. The harvest of the varieties that make it up takes place at the end of August with the collection of both varieties by hand from the ecological farm Sa Pareteta during the first hours of the morning so that the grapes enter the cellar in optimal conditions. Once refrigerated in a cold room at 2 ºC, the grapes are macerated with the skins for about 24 hours until this intense color and aroma are obtained. Controlled fermentation at about 14ºC in stainless steel tanks and subsequent bottling.

Rosé wine from the Scala Dei winery, under the D.O. Priorat. To preserve the aromatic characteristics of the Garnacha, the grapes are cooled on arrival at the winery to 2ºC, dripped and, after 3 hours of maceration with the skins, the tank is bled to achieve this pale but attractive color. Subsequently, it follows a fermentation process as if it was a white wine. After fermentation, it rests for about 4 months in tank until it is time for bottling.

The grapes are selected manually and a cold maceration is carried out in a carbonic atmosphere. Subsequently, it is gently pressed with carbonic protection at a low temperature before being fermented at a controlled temperature, aged on its lees for about 4 months, for its subsequent stabilization and bottling.
