For the elaboration of Turgent, a fermentation and maceration have been carried out in stainless steel tanks, with a cap immersed for 3 weeks at a temperature of 25º C. Twelve months in new French oak barrels of the Quercus petraea type. This wine has not been cold stabilized; therefore, it can present tartaric precipitations.

Rosé wine from Can Majoral winery, under the D.O. Pla i Llevant. This wine is the result of three red varieties. Each one has been macerating for a certain time until obtaining the desired color extraction. Subsequently, the must has been bled, settled and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 16 and 18º C. Once the fermentation is finished, the most suitable blend is made and finally clarified, filtered and bottled.
