Red wine from Viña Sastre winery, under the D. O. Ribera del Duero. For the production of the Pago de Santa Cruz, vineyards located in the Pagos de Las Navas, Carrasantamaría, Fuentenarro, Valdelayegua, Carranaguix and Las Tenadas, about 800 meters high and with calcareous clay soil have been used. A glass pruning of vineyards of about 60 years of age has been carried out. Harvested manually in small boxes to protect the grapes as much as possible and avoid unwanted pre-fermentation by crushing. It has aged for 14 months in French and American oak barrels.

Red wine from the Finca Villacreces winery, under the D.O. Ribera del Duero. Harvesting is done completely manually in 15kg boxes during the second and third week of October. With the grapes in the winery, a careful selection of the bunches and grains is made. After a complete destemming of the grapes, a traditional fermentation takes place in a stainless steel tank. Finally, it is aged for 14 months in fine-grained French barrels.

Red wine from Pesquera winery, under the D. O. Ribera del Duero. Pesquera Crianza is a red wine made by Tinto Pesquera, one of the wineries of the Fernández Rivera family. It has been developed within the municipality of Pesquera de Duero, facing south at an altitude of more than 800 meters, 200 hectares and of loamy-sandy terrain. Once the fermentation is over, it has aged 24 months in American oak barrels and rested in the bottle for another 12 months before being released on the market.

Red wine from Pesquera winery, under the D. O. Ribera del Duero. The Dehesa La Granja has been made from vineyards located in the southwest of the province of Zamora, in the Dehesa la Granja estate, with a total of 800 hectares of cultivation, dedicated to livestock and various crops of which 101 hectares are of vineyards. The soil is formed by sediments of sandstones, clays and limestone puddings, which on the surface originate limestone soils. Silty materials alternate with coarse and fine-grained sandstones. Once the fermentation is finished, it remains for 24 months in American oak barrels, located under the ground, and a further 12 months of rest in the bottle.

Red wine from Protos winery, under the D. O. Ribera del Duero. The Protos Crianza has been made with a blend of different plots of Tempranillo to achieve a more real and complex expression. The vineyards have an average age of about 35 years. The 14-month aging has been carried out in new and used French and American oak barrels in equal parts. Once the oxidative aging is finished, it rests for another 14 months in the bottle.

Red wine from Callejo winery, under the D. O. Ribera del Duero. For the elaboration of Flores de Callejo, vineyards located in the town of Sotillo de la Ribera, on the northern edge of the Duero river basin, are used. They have more than 60 hectares divided into 25 plots distributed in a profile that ranges from 830 meters in the lowest parts to 930 meters in the highest moors. This situation within Ribera del Duero, offers soils of different geological origin. A manual harvest is carried out in individual boxes with a double selection table. The grape enters by gravity to fully respect the product. Finally, it ferments with all-natural yeast.

Red wine from Pingus winery, under the D. O. Ribera del Duero. The grape comes from select old vines between 50 and 70 years old of the Tinta de Toro variety. These are small plots of very low production and only 5 hectares in size in the towns of Pesquera and Roa. The grapes were destemmed and subsequently macerated at a controlled temperature. The must fermented at a controlled temperature and underwent malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. It is aged in French oak barrels for a minimum of 21 months.
