White wine from the Ava vi winery, under the D.O. V. T. Mallorca. Avanero Giró Ros is born from the low-yield vineyard of Plot 44 in the “Finca des Pla”, with 2,500 7-year-old plants of the recovered Giró Ros variety. After pressing, it goes on to ferment and age for a period of 7 months in a 500-liter French oak cask.

White Wine from the Dalt Turó winery under the DOVT Mallorca. Selection of the best clusters in the field, gently pressing, separating the must obtained very well. Cold racking. Fermentation at 17ºC with selected yeasts for 20 days. Once the fermentation is finished, the fine lees are worked for 1 and a half months to give it volume in the mouth.

Fermentation with 30% of the whole bunch and the rest of the grapes destemmed with whole grain. Light pumpovers for 10 days and gentle pressing. Aging in barrels of third and fourth year of 500L for 6 months. Production of 918 bottles.
