Red wine from the Canyelles i Batle winery, under the D.O. VT Majorca. The fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature, and the aging takes place in new French oak barrels, fine grain, by variety, without pressing or filtering for 18 months. From its harvest it will remain in the bottle for more than three years.
