Red wine from 8 Vents winery, under the Designation of Origin V. T. Mallorca. The grape, which manages to convey the characteristics of the climate of the area, is destemmed upon arrival at the winery facilities and is left to macerate cold. The must obtained subsequently ferments in open tanks at a controlled temperature. 8 Vents finishes the winemaking phase by resting for 12 months in French oak barrels.
White wine from the Son Gran Gran winery, under the DOVT Mallorca. Manual harvest in 15kg boxes with selection in the field. Direct pressing and fermentation of the varieties separately. After blending, 40% of the wine remains in 500l barrels for 4 months and the rest in tanks on its lees. Limited production of 2226 bottles.
Rosé wine from Ses Talaiotes winery, under the Designation of Origin V. T. Mallorca. After selection in the vineyard, the grapes are macerated and squeezed to ferment in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
Vino blanco de la bodega Son Alegre, acogido a la Denominación de Origen V. T. Mallorca. Viñedos de 15 años con cubierta vegetal para garantizar la biodiversidad en vida y mejorar la microbiología de los suelos. La vendimia se realiza manualmente en cajas de 15 kg. Cada variedad se vinifica por separado en depósitos de acero inoxidable de 2500 litros y tras la fermentación pasa 5 meses sobre sus lías. Finalmente, se realiza el coupage con la intención de conseguir un equilibrio entre las distintas variedades.
Red wine from Son Alegre winery, under the Designation of Origin V. T. Mallorca. 15-year-old vineyards with plant cover to guarantee biodiversity in life and improve the microbiology of soils. The harvest is done manually in 15 kg boxes. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation is carried out in 2500 liter stainless steel tanks. Then it is aged for 15 months in French oak barrels, which contributes to achieve elegance and personality.
Red wine from Son Prim winery, under the Designation of Origin V. T. Mallorca. Made in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature (min. 20ºC - max. 29ºC), it macerates for 21 days and undergoes malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks as well. Finally, it ages for 12 months in 225-liter French, American and Hungarian oak barrels. It is a great wine with great aging potential.
White wine from the Ànima Negra winery, under the Designation of Origin V. T. Mallorca. It is a unique blend, made from native varieties. From fermentation at low temperature and aging on its lees, an elegant, fresh and varietal wine is obtained. Manual and optical selection of the grapes, previously cooled in a cold room and on a bed of dry ice to avoid oxidation.
