Red wine from José L. Ferrer winery, under the D. O. Binissalem. Made from a selection of Manto Negro and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the Sa Pareteta vineyard. The harvest is carried out in boxes, cooling down to 2ºC before starting the de-stemming and crushing process. Pre-fermentation maceration in stainless steel tanks and subsequent fermentation with the yeast itself at a temperature of about 22ºC. Aging is carried out in new American and French oak barrels for 6 months. Finally, an assembly of barrels, coupage and subsequent bottling is carried out.

Rosé wine from José L. Ferrer winery, under the D. O. Binissalem. The harvest of the varieties that make it up takes place at the end of August with the collection of both varieties by hand from the ecological farm Sa Pareteta during the first hours of the morning so that the grapes enter the cellar in optimal conditions. Once refrigerated in a cold room at 2 ºC, the grapes are macerated with the skins for about 24 hours until this intense color and aroma are obtained. Controlled fermentation at about 14ºC in stainless steel tanks and subsequent bottling.

Red wine from Callejo winery, under the D. O. Ribera del Duero. For the elaboration of Flores de Callejo, vineyards located in the town of Sotillo de la Ribera, on the northern edge of the Duero river basin, are used. They have more than 60 hectares divided into 25 plots distributed in a profile that ranges from 830 meters in the lowest parts to 930 meters in the highest moors. This situation within Ribera del Duero, offers soils of different geological origin. A manual harvest is carried out in individual boxes with a double selection table. The grape enters by gravity to fully respect the product. Finally, it ferments with all-natural yeast.

Red wine from Callejo winery, under the D. O. Ribera del Duero. This wine represents a collection of places located in Sotillo de la Ribera, at altitudes between 855 and 870 meters. They are loamy-clay soils, with limestone bottoms, very loose soils, and oriented to the south, which allow perfect ripening. A manual harvest is carried out in individual boxes, followed by a grape entry by gravity. Fermentation originates with natural yeast. Finally, it is left to rest in new 500-liter French oak barrels for 15 months.

Red wine from Marqués de Griñón winery, under the D. O. La Rioja. The grape comes from selected vineyards in Rioja Alta in the towns of Nájera, Arenzana, Manjarrés and Uruñuela. The bunches are destemmed at 100% and then fermented with a floating pomace cap at a maximum temperature of 28ºC. Once finished, the wine is kept in contact with the skins to obtain the structure and tannins necessary for its subsequent refining in American oak barrels.

The El Nómada grape is destemmed with filtration of 25% of the whole grape. The must is subsequently fermented alcoholically in stainless steel tanks and Malolactically in French oak wood.
