Each grape is vinified separately and then the blend is made. In the case of Chardonnay, it is aged in barrels for 4 new months and the rest rests with its fine lees in stainless steel tanks.

Therefore, this wine is produced very little and only really good years come out. Fermentation and maceration in open oak barrels for 2 weeks at 25ºC. The malolactic fermentation took place in barrels. Aging lasted 12 months in French oak barrels of the Quercus petraea type. This wine has not been cold stabilized, so it can present tartaric precipitations.
