White wine from Gramona winery, under the D. O. Penedés. The grapes are harvested manually in 25 kg boxes, following a philosophy of biodynamic viticulture. It is pressed directly without skin maceration. The must is decanted for 12 hours and fermented in 300l fine-grained French oak barrels at a controlled temperature, in which it will rest for 5 months.
