Complex wine with aromas of white fruit, citrus, aromatic herbs, fennel and aniseed, typical of the native Moll variety and combined with elegant aromas produced by the long aging with yeast lees.

Dry, intense and creamy. Aromas of ripe fruit with a fresh and smooth finish, with slight bitter sensations.
Any type of appetizer, seafood and light desserts. Service between 4ºC to 6ºC.
