Intense in aromas. The red fruit stands out, especially blackberry and raspberry, followed by notes of brioche together with subtle touches of very fine roasted.

Creamy and fresh on the palate with fine bubbles very well integrated due to the long aging. Long persistence and a dry finish with good acidity.
Seafood (oysters, scallops, etc.), fish such as tuna or salmon, sushi, tataki, meat carpaccio or white meats and not very sweet desserts.
