Very sweet nose. Compote of red and black fruits and jams, along with aromatic herbs.

Soft and sweet entry, with a very tame and elegant tannin. In the passage through the mouth, fruit and blackberry jam appear. Long and balsamic finish.
Intense dishes, grilled meats and cured cheeses. Service between 12ºC-16ºC.
