Description
White wine from the Ava vi winery, under the D.O. V. T. Mallorca. Avanero Giró Ros is born from the low-yield vineyard of Plot 44 in the “Finca des Pla”, with 2,500 7-year-old plants of the recovered Giró Ros variety. After pressing, it goes on to ferment and age for a period of 7 months in a 500-liter French oak cask.

Pale yellow with new gold trim. Clean and bright.
Ripe fruits predominate on a smoky background.
Friendly and fatty, with a wide mid palate and a medium-long aftertaste.
