Description
White wine from Can Majoral winery, under the D.O. Pla i Llevant. A skin maceration has been carried out before going to press. The fermentation of the free-run must and the first fraction of the pressing have been carried out in new French oak barrels at a controlled temperature of 18º C. Afterwards, it rests for 6 months with its lees and with the batonnage technique.

Straw yellow color with pale gold hues.
Aromas of ripe fruits, such as peach, pineapple and melon. Also herbaceous and tertiary notes of smoked and toasted.
Dense, balanced, with a citric acidity and a complex and persistent ending.
Pairing
Marida bien con carnes suaves, pescado condimentado y quesos semicurados. Servicio entre 3 y 6ºC.
