Description
Rosé wine from Can Majoral winery, under the D.O. Pla i Llevant. This wine is the result of three red varieties. Each one has been macerating for a certain time until obtaining the desired color extraction. Subsequently, the must has been bled, settled and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 16 and 18º C. Once the fermentation is finished, the most suitable blend is made and finally clarified, filtered and bottled.

Intense aroma, with a powerful aroma of blackberry and raspberry, with hints of red fruits.
Fresh, predominance of wild fruits. Certain unctuousness and a long aftertaste.
Pairing
Preferably with light meals. Serve at 4-8ºC.
