Description
White wine from Can Majoral winery, under the D.O. Pla i Llevant. Galdent has undergone a skin maceration for 8 hours before going to the press, and a fermentation of the flower must and the first fraction of the pressing in new French oak barrels at a controlled temperature of 16º C. Afterwards, it rests for 6 months with its lees and under the batonnage technique. Once bottled, it rests for a year in the cellar. Only 1500 bottles have been produced.

Aromas of honey, raisins, white fruits and a floral touch with a smoky background.
Powerful. It is heavy and reminiscent of fruits like apricot in syrup. Long persistence in mouth.

Soft meats, seasoned fish and semi-cured cheeses.
