Description
Red wine from Conde de Suyrot winery, under the D.O. Pla i Llevant. After a manual selection in the vineyard, the harvest is carried out and the stem is removed in a destemmer. Afterwards, each variety ferments separately at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, using native yeasts. Subsequently, the wine spends 16 months in 400-liter French oak barrels before being bottled.

Cherry red color with violet reflections, lower middle layer. Clean and bright.
Aromas of medium intensity that become complex with some time in the glass. Red and black fruits with a spicy background.
Intense fruit and mineral notes with a ripe tannic touch. Fine and complex, expressive and full-bodied.
Pairing
Cured cheeses, pasta with meat sauce, grilled red meat. Service between 13ºC-16ºC.
