Description
White wine from Conde de Suyrot winery, under the D.O. Pla i Llevant. After manual selection in the vineyard, the must undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature with native yeasts and then undergoes an 8-month aging in 400-liter French oak barrels.

Greenish straw yellow with metallic reflections. Clean and bright.
Aromas of medium-high intensity of cereals. Memories of straw and freshly cut wheat.
Soft and surprisingly fresh on the palate. The medium body of this white leaves a creamy but at the same time very elegant mid palate due to its very balanced acidity. Very pleasant salty finish.
Pairing
Fish, crustaceans and fresh salads. Service between 4ºC-8ºC.
