Description
White wine from Es Fangar winery, under the D.O. Pla i Llevant. Totally organic vineyard. Upon reaching the winery, the bunches remain in a specially designed cold room. It performs a cold maceration and is pressed before passing to isothermal stainless steel tanks by means of gravity, where it ferments at a controlled temperature. Finally, the settling is carried out and the wine is kept in contact with fine lees for 4 months.

Straw yellow with greenish edges. Clean and bright.
Flowers and fruits. Jasmine, roses, peach and apricots.
Fresh and intense entry, with honeyed memories. Very varietal mid palate with a herbaceous background. Easy and sweet.
Pairing
Perfect as an aperitif. Light dishes and salads. Service between 2ºC-6ºC.
