Description
White wine from Es Fangar winery, under the D.O. Pla i Llevant. Totally organic vineyard. The harvest is carried out manually, the grapes are destemmed and passed through the pneumatic press. The must is gravitated to stainless steel isothermal tanks where each variety is fermented separately. It is racked and racked and remains for 5 months on the lees in French oak barrels.

Intense gold with old gold trim. Clean and bright.
Faint aromas that gradually open up when aerated. Ripe plums and vanilla.
Smooth and elegant. Medium density. Complexity of fruit and spices with a sweet vanilla finish and soft touches of wood.
Pairing
Blue fish, soft cheeses, legumes and white meats. Service between 4ºC-8ºC.
