Description
White wine from Es Fangar winery, under the D.O. Pla i Llevant. Totally organic vineyard. The harvest is done manually. The grapes are refrigerated in the winery using specially designed cold rooms. It is destemmed, pressed and reaches by gravity the isothermal stainless steel tanks where it ferments at a controlled temperature. Finally, 10% of the wine is aged for 4 months in oak barrels and the rest remains during that time in storage with its fine ales.

Pale yellow with metallic trim. Clean and bright.
Wild flowers and white fruit. Ripe pear and a touch of wood in the background.
Fresh and intense entry. White fruits appear on a balsamic and sweet background. Long and intense finish.
Pairing
Complex dishes, pasta, pizza, salads and aged cheeses. Service between 2ºC-8ºC.
