Description
Red wine from Es Fangar winery, under the D.O. Pla i Llevant. Totally organic vineyard. The harvest is done manually. The grapes are refrigerated and, after destemming, they go through the selection table grain by grain. The grapes arrive at the isothermal stainless steel tanks by means of a gravity crane, where they ferment at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged for 8 months in 225 and 500 liter barrels.

Dry and well structured entry. Elegant and fruity mid palate. Wood background and spices. Warm and persistent finish.
Pairing
Rice and soft meats. Great to drink alone. Service between 13ºC-18ºC.
