Description
Red wine from Macià Batle winery, under the Designation of Origin V. T. Mallorca. After having previously selected the grapes in the vineyard, they ferment in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels and subsequent aging for 18 months in the bottle before being for sale.

Clean and bright appearance. Picota cherry color with a medium-high layer.
Great intensity of aromas of ripe fruit with good expressiveness. White and sweet spices, as well as menthol, scrubland, smoked and roasted.
Meaty, balanced and very unique. Long, tasty and complex. Vivid tannins and great aftertaste. Long ending with great spicy persistence.
Pairing
Red meat and hearty dishes. Service between 14ºC and 16ºC.
