Description
Red wine from Mesquida Mora winery, under the Designation of Origin V. T. Mallorca. The bunches are selected prior to manual harvest. Subsequently, a cold pre-fermentation maceration is carried out, and each variety is fermented separately in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Finally, the wine is aged for 12 months in new French and American oak barrels. Wine made following a biodynamic viticulture.
