Description
White wine from Miquel Gelabert winery, under the D. O. Pla i Llevant. After the manual harvest with grape selection in the vineyard, the alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. Once the fermentation is finished, 30-40% of the wine is aged for 4 months in French oak barrels.

Attractive straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Very aromatic, intense and elegant. Fruity aromas interspersed with subtle hints of wood, which makes it creamier.
Very pleasant and balanced attack, with excellent acidity. Dense and full-bodied, with a long and persistent finish.
Pairing
Baked or grilled white fish, cod, grilled or raw seafood, appetizers, creams, fish rices. Service between 4ºC and 8ºC.
