Cherry red color with purple trims of medium-low layer.
Very complex aromas reminiscent of wild fruit jam, along with notes of coffee, cocoa, leather and toasted aromas.
Silky and elegant, full-bodied, round and balanced, with a long aftertaste reminiscent of dried fruits and Mediterranean herbs.
Pairing
Stews, red meat stews, grilled meats and old cheeses. Serve between 18ºC and 20ºC.
