Description
White wine from Miquel Gelabert winery, under the D. O. Pla i Llevant. It undergoes the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. It is then aged on its lees in the barrel for at least 6 months and ends with another 6 months of aging in the bottle.

Clean and bright. Golden yellow color, with slight green reflections.
Vanilla and smoked aromas, reminiscent of citrus and tropical fruits such as pineapple, banana and mango.
Very long on the palate, well balanced and full-bodied.
Pairing
Fish in sauce or baked, stews and white meats. Service between 6ºC and 10ºC.
