Description
Red wine from Miquel Gelabert winery, under the D. O. Pla i Llevant. Fermentation takes place in a stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature. Afterwards, it is aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels. Finally, it continues with a reductive aging in the bottle before going on sale.

Clean and bright. Intense cherry red color with violet tones. Its dense tear reveals the high level of glycerin.
Intense and complex, with balsamic notes. It combines ripe black fruit with spices, menthol and eucalyptus, under a light background of vanilla and new wood, without forgetting a touch of charcoal and smoked notes.
Elegant and meaty on the palate. Structured wine with a certain freshness and lightness that gives it a long step full of nuances. Balanced with a ripe tannin that becomes rounded in the bottle and guarantees a long life.
Pairing
Grilled red meats and game stews. Serve between 18ºC and 20ºC.
