Description
White wine from Miquel Oliver winery, under the D. O. Pla i Llevant. It is the first dry Muscat that was marketed in Spain. After a previous selection in the vineyard, it is harvested by hand in small boxes and the grapes are refrigerated to preserve all the aromas. Subsequently, the grapes go through a manual selection table. After being crushed with the stem, the must ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.

Pale yellow with straw edges. Clean and bright.
Aromas of medium intensity. White flowers, honey and nuts.
Smooth and creamy on entry. Stone fruits stand out. Unctuous mid palate with a complex finish.
Pairing
Perfect as an aperitif, white meat and light meals. Service between 6ºC-8ºC.
