Description
White wine from Miquel Oliver winery, under the D. O. Pla i Llevant. After manual selection in the vineyard, it is harvested manually in small boxes before chilling the grapes. Subsequently, it goes through a manual selection table before crushing together with the scrape. It ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks before settling and subsequent racking.
