Description
White wine from Miquel Oliver winery, under the D. O. Pla i Llevant. After a previous selection in the vineyard, it is harvested by hand in small boxes. Afterwards, the grapes are refrigerated in a cold room before passing through a selection table. Subsequently, it ferments at a low temperature in stainless steel tanks, seeking to maintain the lightness and freshness of the grape.

Straw yellow with corn rim. Clean and bright.
High intensity aromas of wild flowers, straw and aromatic herbs.
Fresh and pungent entry. The mineral notes stand out along with the aromatic herbs. Medium long citrus finish.
Pairing
Fatty fish and shellfish. Service between 3ºC-6ºC.
