Description
Red wine from Miquel Oliver winery, under the D. O. Pla i Llevant. After manual selection in the vineyard, it is harvested manually in small boxes before chilling the grapes. Subsequently, it goes through a manual selection table before crushing together with the scrape. It ferments at a controlled temperature and is aged in 17 types of barrels separated by plots and types of grapes. Finally, a different blend is made depending on the vintage.

Intense cherry red. Medium high layer.
Very sweet nose. Compote of red and black fruits and jams, along with aromatic herbs.
Soft and sweet entry, with a very tame and elegant tannin. In the passage through the mouth, fruit and blackberry jam appear. Long and balsamic finish.
Pairing
Intense dishes, grilled meats and cured cheeses. Service between 12ºC-16ºC.
