Description
Red wine from Mortitx winery, under the Designation of Origin V. T. Mallorca. The grapes are selected in the vineyard prior to harvest. Subsequently, fermentation begins at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks and then is aged in first and second year oak barrels for a period of between 12 and 14 months. This wine is only made in exceptional years.

Bright cherry red color with ruby rims. Medium high layer.
Very sweet aromas of black fruit. Toasted and spicy notes are also noticed.
Silky, intense and fruity entry. Notes of toasted wood appear. Medium length finish somewhat smoky.
Pairing
Red meat and grills. Service between 12ºC and 16ºC.
