Description
Red wine from Son Mayol winery, under the Designation of Origin V. T. Mallorca. After the manual harvest, the grapes are selected and destemmed. Each variety ferments separately at a controlled temperature in wooden foudres. After making the coupage with the resulting wines, it is aged for 24 months in new and used barrels. Each vintage changes the label with different works by Mallorcan artists.

Hot and spicy Asian dishes, baked lamb, pork, bushmeat. Service between 14ºC-18ºC.
