Description
Red wine from Son Prim winery, under the Designation of Origin V. T. Mallorca. Made in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature (min. 20ºC - max. 29ºC), it macerates for 21 days and undergoes malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks as well. Finally, it ages for 12 months in 225-liter French, American and Hungarian oak barrels. It is a great wine with great aging potential.

Clean appearance with a bright ruby color
Notorious varietal character, with scents of violets, black olives and oranges.
Voluminous sweet extract and creamy fruit, assembled in a solid structure of tannins. Long and persistent fruit and a fine smoky touch at the end.
Pairing
Fatty and complex dishes. Cured cheeses. Service between 12ºC and 18ºC.
