White wine from Vins 971, under the Designation of Origin V. T. Mallorca. Before the manual harvest, the grapes are selected in the vineyard. Each grape is vinified separately. It undergoes a film maceration in the press itself for a few hours and then it ferments at a controlled temperature in a stainless steel tank, except for Giró, which ferments and is aged for 6 months in barrels. The rest remain 4 months on their fine lees before blending.
