Description
Rosé wine from Vins 971, under the Designation of Origin V. T. Mallorca. After selection in the vineyard, it is harvested by hand and, once in the winery, the bunch goes through a selection table. It ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature and remains in contact with the fine lees for 4 months. Finally it stabilizes with cold.

Pale pink onion skin, coppery rims.
Aromas of medium intensity of red fruit. Mineral background with some balsamic notes.
Fresh and smooth entry. Very balanced. Medium length mineral finish.
Pairing
Light dishes, salads and pasta. Service between 3ºC-6ºC.
