Description
White wine from Vins a Punt, under the D. O. Pla i Llevant. Each variety is vinified separately. After the selection in the vineyard, the grapes arrive at the winery and ferment in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Once fermented, it remains for a few months on its lees before blending and bottling.

Pale straw yellow, clean and bright.
Aromas of white fruits and wild flowers. Medium intensity.
Fresh and friendly entry, velvety. Consistent mid palate and round acidity. Medium creamy finish.
Pairing
Light pasta dishes, rice dishes, under-aged cheeses, fish and seafood. Service between 2ºC-6ºC.
