Red wine from Can Majoral winery, under the D.O. Pla i Llevant. The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks and in open barrels with gentle pump-overs and sinking of the cap for 2 weeks at a temperature of 25ºC. After malolactic fermentation, it rests for 9 months in 500-liter French oak barrels. This wine has not been cold stabilized; so it can present tartaric precipitations.
