Red wine from Vins 971, under the Designation of Origin V. T. Mallorca. The autochthonous varieties are made in stainless steel tanks with fermentation below 20ºC to maintain their aromatic components. The wine, after its fermentation, is kept in tanks to preserve its freshness. Merlot and Syrah are made together. Next, it is moved into American and French oak barrels for 6 months. Finally, the different wines are blended and bottled.

Sweet wine from Macià Batle winery, under the Designation of Origin V. T. Mallorca. La cosecha tardía de los racimos soleados de la variedad autóctona Prensal Blanc permite la elaboración de este vino dulce. Se realiza una parada de fermentación natural después de un período de 1 a 2 años, y se envejece durante 12 meses en barrica de roble. Vino de baja producción.

Rosé wine from Binigual winery, under the D.O. Binissalem. It is harvested in small boxes of 10 to 12 kilograms. The grapes are selected manually and a cold maceration is carried out in a carbonic atmosphere. Subsequently, it is gently pressed with carbonic protection at a low temperature before being fermented at a controlled temperature, aged on its lees for about 4 months, for its subsequent stabilization and bottling.

Sparkling wine from the Mestres winery composed of the three typical grape varieties in the D.O. Cava: Macabeu, Xarel lo and Parellada. The harvest is done manually. It is made using the traditional method with a cork stopper and stirred in rhyme with an aging of 42 months. Disgorgement manual dated.

White wine from the Vi Rei winery, under the DOVT Mallorca. Harvest selected at the end of August, when the grapes are in their perfect state of ripeness. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.

Young, friendly and seductive semi-sweet white wine made with Viura (40%) and Sauvignon Blanc (60%).
