The harvest is carried out manually in 15 kg boxes. Each variety is vinified separately in 2500 liter stainless steel tanks and after fermentation it spends 5 months on its lees. Finally, the coupage is made with the intention to achieve a balance between the different varieties.

The contact time of the pulp with the skins is reduced to the maximum during the vinification process, giving preference to the must obtained from direct pressing. A slow fermentation, carefully monitored and meticulous work with the lees, allows to obtain an original wine with a round body and pleasant aromas and flavors.

Rosé wine from Marqués de Cáceres winery, under the D. O. La Rioja. The vineyards are between 15 and 20 years old. The harvest is done manually, plot by plot, and each one is vinified separately. After destemming, a maceration of 8 hours is carried out to extract color. After a gentle bleeding, the must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. It stays on its lees for a month and, after cold stabilizing and filtering, it is assembled and bottled.
