Red wine from the Can Majoral winery under the D.O Pla i Llevant. It is vinified in stainless steel tanks with gentle pumping over and sinking of the hat for 2 weeks at a temperature of 25ºC. After malolactic fermentation, it is aged for 10 months in a clay jar and a 500-litre French oak barrel. This wine has not been cold stabilized; therefore, it can present tartaric precipitations.
