Red wine from Ribas winery, under the D. O. Binissalem. The best bunches of the oldest Manto Negro vines are selected. Syrah and Merlot come from 25-year-old vineyards. It is harvested manually and goes through a double selection table. Next, long macerations are made for further extraction. Finally, it is aged in French oak barrels for 12 months before bottling.
