Red wine from Ribas winery, under the D. O. Binissalem. The best bunches of the oldest Manto Negro vines are selected. Syrah and Merlot come from 25-year-old vineyards. It is harvested manually and goes through a double selection table. Next, long macerations are made for further extraction. Finally, it is aged in French oak barrels for 12 months before bottling.

Red wine from Son Prim winery, under the Designation of Origin V. T. Mallorca. Son Prim Cabernet Sauvignon is a wine made only with the Cabernet Sauvignon variety. The harvest is done manually and in small boxes. The grapes are carefully selected in the vineyard and in the winery. After macerating for 21 days, it ferments in stainless steel tanks. It is then left to rest for 12 months in French, Hungarian and American oak barrels. The malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks.

White wine from Vins a Punt, under the D. O. Pla i Llevant. Each variety is vinified separately. After the selection in the vineyard, the grapes arrive at the winery and ferment in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Once fermented, it remains for a few months on its lees before blending and bottling.

Rosé wine from Binigrau winery, under the Designation of Origin V. T. Mallorca. After the harvest, a short maceration is carried out to extract color and it ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.

Rosé wine from Binigual winery, under the D.O. Binissalem. It is harvested in small boxes of 10 to 12 kilograms. The grapes are selected manually and a cold maceration is carried out in a carbonic atmosphere. Subsequently, it is gently pressed with carbonic protection at a low temperature before being fermented at a controlled temperature, aged on its lees for about 4 months, for its subsequent stabilization and bottling.

Rosé wine from Ribas winery, under the D. O. Binissalem. After the manual harvest, it is de-stemmed prior to manual selection grain by grain. Next, it is gently pressed in a pneumatic press and each variety is fermented separately in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature before blending prior to bottling.
