Red wine from the Pago de los Capellanes winery, under the D.O. Ribera del Duero. First, they carry out a short cold prefermentation. This is followed by a spontaneous alcoholic fermentation. Subsequently, it is kept 22 days in storage with constant punching. It is aged for 5 months in French oak barrels.

Red wine from Son Vich de Superna winery, under the D. O. IGP Serra de Tramuntana. Ecological vines selected one by one to achieve that it expresses the varietal and terroir balance of a 2 hectare estate. Made with patience, with hardly any squeezing of the destemmed grapes and fermented at low temperatures for a minimum of 30 days in stainless steel tanks, it remains on its lees and without additives for 5 months. Finally, it is slightly filtered and bottled.

Red wine from the Ànima Negra winery, under the Designation of Origin V. T. Mallorca. Harvested by hand in small boxes of about 10kg. Manual selection of the grapes upon entering the winery. Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks of 7000 and 10000 liters, at about 28ºC. It macerates for an average of 17 days. The malolactic is produced in stainless steel tanks and then aged for 5 months in French barrels.
