White wine from Palacio de Bornos winery, under the D. O. Rueda. The grapes are selected and a cold film maceration is carried out before fermenting in stainless steel tanks.

Powerful and elegant, well balanced and with good acidity. Tasty, fresh and persistent mid palate.
Pairing
All kinds of fish and seafood, cold soups, pâté, foie and semi-cured cheeses. Service between 4ºC-8ºC.
