Red wine from the Ava vi winery, under the Designation of Origin V. T. Mallorca. It is harvested manually in small boxes. The maceration, fermentation and maloctic take place in open barrels. Once both fermentations have been produced, the wine is placed in French oak barrels where it is aged for 12 to 14 months. It is bottled unfiltered.

Rosé wine from the Ava vi winery, under the D.O. V.T. Mallorca. After being destemmed, it proceeds to a direct, soft and fast press to make a fermentation in stainless steel at low temperature. Once the fermentation is finished, it is followed by a racking to eliminate the thick lees and the wine is kept in contact with its fine lees for 5 months before going on to the aging phase in French oak barrels for 6 months.

White wine from the Ava vi winery, under the D.O. V. T. Mallorca. Avanero Giró Ros is born from the low-yield vineyard of Plot 44 in the “Finca des Pla”, with 2,500 7-year-old plants of the recovered Giró Ros variety. After pressing, it goes on to ferment and age for a period of 7 months in a 500-liter French oak cask.
