Red wine from Can Majoral winery, under the D.O. Pla i Llevant. Gorgollasa, is a native Mallorcan grape variety that was practically disappeared and has been recovered in recent years. Vinification is done in stainless steel tanks with gentle pumping over and sinking of the cap for 2 weeks at a temperature of 25 ºC. After malolactic fermentation, the aging lasts for 9 months in 500-liter French oak barrels. This wine has not been cold stabilized; reason why it can present tartaric precipitations.

Rosé wine from Can Majoral winery, under the D.O. Pla i Llevant. This wine is the result of three red varieties. Each one has been macerating for a certain time until obtaining the desired color extraction. Subsequently, the must has been bled, settled and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 16 and 18º C. Once the fermentation is finished, the most suitable blend is made and finally clarified, filtered and bottled.

Red wine from Can Majoral winery, under the D.O. Pla i Llevant. Callet is a very special variety because it requires old vines, a great maturation and a very appropriate selection of grapes. Therefore, this wine is produced very little and only really good years come out. Fermentation and maceration in open oak barrels for 2 weeks at 25ºC. The malolactic fermentation took place in barrels. Aging lasted 12 months in French oak barrels of the Quercus petraea type. This wine has not been cold stabilized, so it can present tartaric precipitations.

Galdent has undergone a skin maceration for 8 hours before going to the press, and a fermentation of the flower must and the first fraction of the pressing in new French oak barrels at a controlled temperature of 16º C. Afterwards, it rests for 6 months with its lees and under the batonnage technique. Once bottled, it rests for a year in the cellar. Only 1500 bottles have been produced.

The wine is left to rest for 6 months with its fine lees and after a gentle clarification and filtration it is bottled during the beginning of spring.
