Red wine from the Tomás Postigo winery, under the D.O. Ribera del Duero. The harvest is done manually, in small 12 kg boxes that ensure the good condition of the grapes upon arrival at the winery. The grapes are destemmed and transferred to the stainless steel tank by gravity, without squeezing. Each plot is made separately. Malolactic fermentation takes place in French oak tanks and barrels, and aging in 225-liter French oak barrels for 12 months. Finally, all the wines obtained from each plot are blended to form the final result.
