Red wine from Pesquera winery, under the D. O. Ribera del Duero. Pesquera Crianza is a red wine made by Tinto Pesquera, one of the wineries of the Fernández Rivera family. It has been developed within the municipality of Pesquera de Duero, facing south at an altitude of more than 800 meters, 200 hectares and of loamy-sandy terrain. Once the fermentation is over, it has aged 24 months in American oak barrels and rested in the bottle for another 12 months before being released on the market.

Red wine from Pesquera winery, under the D. O. Ribera del Duero. The Dehesa La Granja has been made from vineyards located in the southwest of the province of Zamora, in the Dehesa la Granja estate, with a total of 800 hectares of cultivation, dedicated to livestock and various crops of which 101 hectares are of vineyards. The soil is formed by sediments of sandstones, clays and limestone puddings, which on the surface originate limestone soils. Silty materials alternate with coarse and fine-grained sandstones. Once the fermentation is finished, it remains for 24 months in American oak barrels, located under the ground, and a further 12 months of rest in the bottle.

Red wine from Callejo winery, under the D. O. Ribera del Duero. For the elaboration of Flores de Callejo, vineyards located in the town of Sotillo de la Ribera, on the northern edge of the Duero river basin, are used. They have more than 60 hectares divided into 25 plots distributed in a profile that ranges from 830 meters in the lowest parts to 930 meters in the highest moors. This situation within Ribera del Duero, offers soils of different geological origin. A manual harvest is carried out in individual boxes with a double selection table. The grape enters by gravity to fully respect the product. Finally, it ferments with all-natural yeast.
